If you’re pregnant and are wondering how to keep fit and exercise safely, you’ve come to the right place. Aquanatal® is a unique combination of water fitness and birth preparation classes run by qualified midwives and health professionals.
I’m a midwife and a fitness professional. I’ve set-up Sydney Aquanatal®, because keeping fit and active during and after pregnancy is important for mother and baby. Aquanatal® exercise benefits your body as well as your mind.
Class Times & Venues:

Aquanatal® is a fun, safe, water-based form of exercise specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. You can start Aquanatal® from 14 weeks of pregnancy and again 6 weeks after the birth of your baby.
